Senegalese-American R&B and Hip-hop recording artiste Akon
will perform at the Carnivore grounds, Nairobi in October; this is according to
his official Facebook page.
Though the organization of the event remains vague, the
event labeled Nairobi, Kenya Show says
that the event is slated for Sunday, October 28, 2012 at the Carnivore grounds.
He also later tweeted on Tuesday:
The Multi-platinum selling
singer/songwriter/producer was last in Kenya in 2009 for the second MTV
Africa Music Awards (MAMAs) where he performed alongside Wycliffe Jean at the
Kasarani Sports Complex.

The Carnivore Restaurant has released a video on YouTube confirming Akon will perform in a concert set for Saturday, October 27 and Sunday, October 28.
