Manchester United weighing up Wanyama’s move

According to MailSport, the Old Trafford side has compiled a dossier on the Kenyan attacking midfielder and will be sending scouts to monitor him on Wednesday when Celtic go against HJK Helsinki in the UEFA Champions League qualifiers.

Sir Alex Fergusson has received glowing reports about the midfielder and appears likely to fulfill his wishes to seal a move to the English Premier League.  An offer of about £8 million would be accepted by Celtic who signed him from Belgian side Germinal Beerschot at around £1 million last season.

English top sides have continued to show interest on Wanyama with Arsenal and Manchester United sending their scouts earlier last week to watch him play Norwich City. Other English sided that are keeping an eye on him include Liverpool, Manchester City, QPR and Fulham.
