Nairobi will play host to the inaugural educational Cloud
East Africa Summit scheduled on September 7, 2012.
The summit will provide a platform to discover the basics
concepts behind cloud and virtualization, the potential enterprise benefits and
key decisions related with cloud computing initiatives, and exactly how to get started
with virtualization assessment.
Hosted by Kinetics events, the summit will bring together industry
experts who will engage on new strategies and best practices for their business,
as well as measures existing enterprises can take to adopt cloud computing.
Among the guest speakers will be Allan Waititu, the director
of IT in Equity Bank and Samuel Rutto, CIO of Globe Track International Kenya.
