According to reports by The DailyMail, the Manchester United target is set to finish his season in Scottish side Celtic but has revealed he could leave in the summer.
The 21-year-old's impressive form has significantly contributed to Celtic's run to the Champions League knockout stages and attracted the attention of United's Sir Alex Ferguson. Any moves to sign him before the January transfer deadline closes, however, are highly unlikely to succeed.
"I can confirm to you that I will be at Celtic," Wanyama told the Daily Record. "We are playing well and our Champions League dream is on right now, so I am looking forward to the big game against Juventus."
There has been speculation on a late £12 million bid from United.
