Nairobi will play host to the next IWA Development Congress
and Exhibition, which will take place in November 2013 at the Kenyatta
International Conference Centre (KICC).
The congress will be jointly organised by the Nairobi City
Water and Sewerage Company (NCWSC) and Water Services Providers Associations of
Kenya (WASPA).
South Africa and Morocco who were in contention lost the bid
to Kenya. This will be the third edition of the conference, following on the
successful events in Mexico City in 2009 and Kuala Lumpur in 2011.
