Kenyan Afro pop band Sauti Sol and Tanzanian rapper AY have
scooped the ‘Most Gifted African East Video’ award at the 2012 Channel O Music Awards
held on Saturday at the Walter Sisulu Square in Soweto, South Africa.
The award’s winners list which was dominated by Nigerian
Acts saw Kenya’s hip-hop group Camp Mulla lose to Nigeria’s upcoming artist
Davido in the ‘Most Gifted New Comer of the Year.’
