Kenya’s long distance runner Lawrence Kiptoo Saina emerged
victorious at the 21st annual Pattaya Marathon, Sunday morning in
Thailand.
Kiptoo who was last year’s champion fell short of breaking
his previous record while compatriot Elizabeth Jeruiyot Chemweno reigned in the
women division.
The marathon dubbed ‘Kings Cup’ attracted both international
and local Thai runners as well as wheelchairs racers.
