English top-flight clubs Manchester United and Arsenal FC are among European sides that could play against each other at the Moi International Sports Center Kasarani this July.
This was revealed on Thursday when Football Kenya Federation (FKF) in conjunction with both the Sports Stadia Management Board (SSMB) and the Kenyan government entered into a partnership with European Sports marketing company Openside Sports UK Ltd.
Kenya will get the honours of being the first African nation to host such a major top soccer event that has been christened 'Kenya Magic Cup'. The Kenyan fan-base on European club may decide the sides that may play at Kasarani.
The main sponsors for the event include Windsor Hotel, Kenya Airways, Brand Kenya and the ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.
