Former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka announced the death of one of Kenya's greatest lawyers and debaters. The cause of death remains unknown with initial reports suggesting that he went to sleep and had not woken by 10 a.m.

Mutula Kilonzo's Profile
Born on 2nd July, 1948, Educated at Mbooni Primary School and Machakos High School before joining University of Dar es Salaam in 1969 graduating with a First Class Honors’ Degree in Law — the first in the East African region.
Mutula Kilonzo was a prolific Kenyan politician and Senior Counsel. He served as Minister of Education, Minister for Nairobi Metropolitan and Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs in the former government.
He was the secretary general of the WIPER Party and was elected as Makueni County Senator after representing Mbooni Constituency for 5 years.
In April 2008 he was appointed Minister for Nairobi Metropolitan Development until being appointed as Minister of Justice and constitutional affairs on 4 May 2009.
He has since been the Minister of Education until his election as senator of Makueni.
He previously served as private attorney to retired President Moi. Mutula Kilonzo made his debut in parliament as a nominated M.P for K.A.N.U in January, 2003.
A Kenya has truly lost a great leader. The death looks suspicious, police should get to the bottom of this.
