Olympics and World silver medalist, Priscah Jeptoo and Ethiopia’s Tsegay Kebede emerged victorious in the 2013 London Marathon held on Sunday.
Jeptoo, who finished third in last year's race, dominated the women's race in the last 6km to win in 2:20:15 ahead of compatriot Edna Kiplagat and Yukiko Akaba of Japan.
In the men's race, Kebede narrowly outpaced the 2011 champion Emmanuel Mutai to claim victory in 2:06:04.
